About US

Based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Core Value Fitness has an elite team of nationally certified fitness trainers with a passion to help people move, look, and feel better. Whether it's losing fat, building muscle, or improving athletic performance, our coaches & training programs will guide you through the process to achieve long-lasting, sustainable results. It doesn't matter if you are new to exercise or an elite athlete, our coaches are prepared to assist athletes at every level.

Process over prize mentality places emphasis on doing the work necessary to achieve a goal, not the goal itself. Concentrating on the process removes the pressure & distractions that often stagnate progress. We cannot accomplish our goals without actually doing the work to get us there, so why focus on much else?

One-on-One Training

CVF offers personalized one-on-one training sessions to help you stay motivated and on track. We'll work together to achieve your fitness goals and progress every step of the way.

Adult Group Fitness

CVF also offers partner & small group private training for those who like to workout with friends!

Youth Sports training

The most important ability is availability. CVF helps prepare youth athletes for the demands of their sports. We teach youth athletes how to take care of their bodies so they can play the sports they love year round. 

Customized Programs

We create workout plans tailored to your personal goals and abilities. Includes customized guidance for sets, reps, weight, rest time, & more.

Nutrition Guidance

Proper nutrition is essential for your health. Our coaches provide guidance and support to help athletes make better food choices.


Learn about fats, protein, carbs and their impact on your body. 

Online Coaching

If you're looking for more flexibility in your fitness routine, we offer online coaching through MyPT Hub. We'll work together virtually to develop a plan that fits your lifestyle and addresses your goals.
